Dr. Chris Daley
Neurosurgeon
Associate Professor Chris Daley is a Gold Coast neurosurgeon and spine surgeon with a particular focus on minimally invasive and complex spine surgery with advanced training in the care of spine and brain conditions. Dr Daly holds a PhD at Monash University, investigating adult stem cells in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.
Dr. Michael Leihy
Geriatrician & Dementia Specialist
Dr. Michael Leihy is a highly regarded geriatrician with over 10 years of experience, specialising in the complexities of the ageing brain. Based in Southport, Queensland, he provides expert care for a range of geriatric conditions, including cognitive impairment, dementia, delirium, and polypharmacy. His aim is to improve quality of life and maintain independence for as long as possible.
Dr. Chris Tracey
Urologist
Dr Tracey is the Director of Urology at the Gold Coast University Hospital, having previously been head of urology training. He is the urology representative on the medical advisory committee at Pindara Hospital. He was additionally awarded a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Queensland in 2006 for his research into cellular immunotherapy for prostate cancer.
Dr. Tom Huang
Radiologist & Nuclear Medicine Expert
Dr. Tom Huang is highly qualified. He graduated from Monash University in 2006 and achieved fellowships in PET and radiology. He is a senior Staff Specialist at Gold Coast University Hospital, leading radiology presentations for multidisciplinary teams and medical director of CRT.
Dr. Kee Ong
Gynecologist & Fertility Specialist
Dr. Ong is the clinical Director of Monash IVF Gold Coast with over two decades of dedicated experience in the complicated sub-specialty of reproductive medicine. Focussed solely on fertility, recurrent miscarriage and reproductive surgeries, Dr Ong has vast knowledge and experience dealing with the most complex fertility issues.
Dr. Marie Kekeff
Breast & General Surgeon
Dr Maree is a trained breast surgeon, having worked extensively in the best breast cancer centres in Australia and internationally. After completing her general surgery fellowship in QLD, she was selected into the highly competitive and esteemed fellowship BreastSurgANZ training to further enhance her breast cancer treatment skills.
Dr. Selena Young
Radiation Oncologist
Dr. Young is a radiation oncologist working at Genesis Care. She graduated from Medicine at University of Queensland and went on to attain a master’s degree in Palliative Care from Flinders University, Adelaide and did a Fellowship in Sarcoma at Weston Park Hospital, Sheffield, United Kingdom. She is Director of Training for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists radiation oncology registrars on the Gold Coast, and a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University.
Dr. Tom Butler
Cardiologist
Dr. Butler is passionate about preventative cardiology and wants to help people better understand their cardiac risk status. He believes non invasive imaging and traditional risk markers are essential in managing patients prior to them experiencing an acute cardiac event. He is experienced in diagnosis and treatment of patients with the spectrum of cardiac disease including hypertension, lipid management, acute coronary syndromes, atrial fibrillation, valvular heart disease, inherited cardiac disease and heart failure.
